INSPECTION & TESTING

At ABW, quality is of the utmost importance. We enforce quality control procedures that will eliminate accidental scrap contamination in production. We check 100% of critical tolerance dimensions for the ultimate in precision consistency. ABW has a fully equipped inspection area capable to uphold the quality involved in part manufacturing.

ABW's current in-house inspection disciplines include: AWS QC1 Certified Weld Inspectors, ASNT TC-1A Visual Inspection Level ll, ASNT TC-1A Liquid Penetrant Level ll, ASNT TC-1A Magnetic Particle Level II, ASNT TC-1A, ASNT TC-1A Leak Testing Level III, ASNT TC-1A Leak Testing Level II, Mechanical and Receiving Inspectors.
