We recently completed 10 carbon PAX door stands to support the production of Boeing's 777X. Our team has several decades of experience manufacturing aerospace work platforms, and this latest project is a fantastic representation of their skilled work. 

We recently completed a large platform that will form part of a moving assembly line for the Boeing 737. We’ve had the pleasure of building moving lines like this for Boeing since 2004.

Over the past year, we’ve been busy building and assembling support tooling integral to GKN’s final assembly and painting of Advanced Technology (AT) Winglets for the Boeing 737 MAX.

We recently completed a large aluminum tooling platform that will allow Boeing workers to access the nose of its Boeing 777 aircraft during production. We’ve fabricated many tooling platforms for Boeing over the years, but this package is without a doubt one of the largest ever.

The Brief: Create a 30,000 lb carbon steel, structural weldment, fabricated in accordance with AWS D1.1 and other customer-required specifications.

The Brief: Fabricate and test hundreds of steel micropile caps for transmission line tower supports.

The Brief: Create stainless steel ASME “U” Certified vessels to serve as transport and storage containers for our client, plus all the the necessary lifting and handling equipment.

The Brief: Create a turn-key, custom tooling and transportation equipment package with PLC control for a major aircraft manufacturer.
